URGENT DV-2027 The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has granted an emergency stay, halting the court order that required the DV-2027 Green Card Lottery to open on November 1, 2026. Registration is currently suspended while the government’s appeal proceeds. Stay tuned. We will post the official new registration timeline here as soon as the court issues a further ruling.
